To move you closer to your dream life

This world feels heavy these days. Every time we open any social media app, or even when we talk to anyone we see, we are often remembered of all the heaviness that is in the energy around us. This truly affects us and what we are manifesting.

Manifestation isn’t just about thinking positive thoughts and hoping for the best, it is about becoming an energetic match for the life you desire.

The truth, is the smallest shifts in your daily routines can help you quickly shift out of a negative state and keep your energy aligned with the frequency of your manifestations.

Start your day in the receiving mode

Before you rush into your day and check your phone, take 3 minutes to get into the receiving mode.

You can do this by feeling gratitude as soon as you wake up. As soon as your feet touch the floor when you get out of bed, in your mind, repeat the words “thank you for another beautiful day”.

It is a fact that when we feel gratitude, we attract more things and experiences to be grateful for. Starting your day off this way will change the tone of your whole day.

Clear one space in your home

Your environment holds energy. Clutter = Stuck manifestations. Clear one junk drawer, corner, or counter in your day with the intention of making physical space for your manifestations to come in. If it is money you are manifesting, clear out your purse or wallet.

Speak as if it is already happening

Your words are spells, that is where the word ‘spelling’ comes from.

Whatever we say must be truth and fact in our lives. This should make you think a little about what we are attracting. If we walk around saying we are unlovable or we don’t have enough money, then that is what we are expecting.

So what if we flipped it? What if we started saying that we already had what we wanted and acted like we did? Then the things we want would have no choice but to show up.

This takes some time for our minds to believe, but our thoughts are just things we keep repeating, so let’s create new ones.

Romanticize your current life

You don’t attract a new life by hating the one that you already have.

Look for the joy in your everyday activities.

  • Play upbeat music or listen to a podcast on your drives.

  • Take the scenic routes.

  • Play music while you clean or cook.

  • Take quiet tea or coffee breaks when you need to.

Where in your life can you make it more pleasurable? Journal that out and then do them.

Visualize for 2 minutes

It actually only takes 17 seconds of you visualizing your ideal reality for the feelings to come and for more ideas to come. I like to do it for 2 minutes because at the end of the 2 minutes i feel so excited for my future life!

When we visualize the future, we are bring those feelings into the present moment and we are creating our future. When the things we are visualizing come into fruition, they will feel so normal and natural that our nervous system won’t see them as a threat and they will last.

Upgrade one tiny habit

When we upgrade small habits, we send the message that we are ready for our lives to uplevel.

I swear the one habit that changed my life was drinking my morning lemon water out of a wine glass! It really put me into the energy of abundance and luxury.

For you it could be getting ready just to stay home, even if it is just cute lounge wear, or taking yourself on a solo date to somewhere you love in the middle of the week just because you are worthy.

Protect your energy

This is so important because taking on the worlds problems can’t be in your mind weighing on you every day.

This could even be saying no to meeting a friend or family member that use you to dump their problems on. We also need to be mindful of the things that we are consuming. If we are scrolling on social media all day and taking in the problems of other people, we are doing nothing but hurting our energy.

Be mindful of everything.

Act on one aligned nudge

So let’s just say there is something that you really feel like you want to do but, you always believe it is not the right time. What if you took one small step towards that?

If you have a business idea or want a new job, what is one thing you could do to, to start the process? Do that, those nudges we feel are all part of our purpose in the world. Ignoring them is doing a disservice in this world.

End the day in gratitude

Just like starting the day in the receiving mode, we should also end it the same way.

You can either say thank you in your mind for all the good things in your day, or write down 3 things. Writing them down makes the feelings of gratitude stronger. I always keep a little notebook in my nightstand just for this.
