As summer winds down, let's reflect! 🌻

Summer is winding down, children are going back to school, a new season is close. This is the perfect time to reflect and notice what went well and what could have been different this summer. Self reflection is the key to growth. Remember not to judge yourself, just notice.

This Summer I put my all into my home. I adjusted the energy, i spent time pouring love into my surroundings, and i definitely felt the love back.

From rearranging my coffee table to simply, washing my floors regularly, it all helped to bring some positive Chi into my life. This Summer I made Feng Shui my entire personality and I can not go back. I Feng Shui'd to manifest what I truly wanted and I will just say this, I have so many exciting things to share over the next few months.

Many new opportunities came into my life and some are in motion (more on those later!)

P.s if you haven't watched the latest season of The summer I turned pretty, watch it now! Soooo good πŸ’›

Since September is just around the corner, I wanted to give you all some practical Feng Shui tips since it is never to late to surround yourself with some good energy. Feng Shui works in any season.

Feng Shui tips for the end of Summer

In the next week or so, try these tips! ✨️

  1. Move your stuff

Sometimes we put items in our home and that is just where they β€˜live’. But did you know, moving those items can help to shift energy?

If you have decor items that haven't been moved in 6 months or longer, experiment with moving them to another spot or room. This is one of the easiest ways to refresh the Chi in your home. Done with intention, it can even help to spark that big goal into motion.

2. Take out the heat

Cooler months are upon us, this is the perfect time to take a look at all of the fire element items that you have around your home and put some into storage.

Did you know that homes that have too much fire energy are prone to family arguments and tension?

As we are part of nature, we too need to flow with the seasons.

3. Add some metal

This element of September is metal. This is the element we will need to add to our environment to be in harmony with the season.

The metal element brings back structure, routine, and order to our homes.

Think metal decor and metallic colors.

4. Focus on the Children and creativity Gua

Fall generally calls us to take a look at the children and creativity sector of three Bagua map. This is located in the middle right section of our homes. This is where you can place some metal elements.

It makes sense that this area is highlighted for fall, children going back to school is one of the most significant events for September. Strengthening this Gua will have back to school become a breeze in your house.

But, this could also be the perfect time to try something creative, or finish up that project you started a while ago. The energy of September can help this project be successful.

5. Come back to the center

At the start of every new season, the center of your home should always be evaluated.

The center of the home is the heart, this sector is connected to health and well being.

It should be clean, clear, and clutter free. The color to enhance in this area is yellow. Yellow is the color of health and vitality.

Since it is sunflower season, add some healthy sunflowers in a metal jug or glass vase for a boost of healthy Chi!

Each new month, each new season gives us a chance to up level, to change, and to try again. The universe never gives up on us ✨️
