The Goddess night routine
Some women are all about the morning routine, but honestly, the morning routine canβt be successful without a solid night routine. Since i have implemented this exact night routine, my days are so much easier and i have all the right tools to help me achieve my goals! β¨
Most women obsess over morning routines. The 5am wake ups, the three morning drinks, and the workouts, but without a great morning routine this probably wouldnβt happen. Why? Because how well you sleep will always determine how you wake up.
Your energy at night will affect many things:
Your mood
Your hormones
Your nervous system
Your creativity
Your mindset
The opportunities you attract
If you sleep late and your evenings are full of chaos, chances are your morning will be filled with rushing, no nourishment, and stress. This does not create a great foundation for manifestation.
Letβs get into it!
Romanticize your Bedroom
Applying Feng Shui to your bedroom and making the energy in your environment perfect is always number one.
Most women will focus on skin care and ignore the mess in their bedrooms but, the bedroom set up is key to a good nights sleep.
Some of my favorite ways to get my bedroom ready for sleep:
Turning on my essential oil diffuser with a few drops of lavender oil. I turn this on before i go and do my skin care routine.
Dimming the lights. I recently saw someone that changed their bedroom bulbs to red bulbs and it created such a calming energy in their bedroom!
Remove any laundry or clutter around the bed from the day.
Using a calming pillow spray.
Make the temperature perfect. Not too warm, slightly cooler.
Journal before bed to clear your energy
I was recently gifted a Five Minute Journal and it has been life changing! One of the reasons many of us donβt get to our goals is because we lack clarity around them. Journaling can help with that.
I love to journal in the morning but have recently added it to my night routine also.
If i just want to free write in a journal i will write:
Three things i was grateful for that day.
Any negative thoughts i donβt want to carry into tomorrow.
What i would like to happen tomorrow.
The outcome of anything i am feeling anxious about that is happening the next day.
This is an energetic mind decluttering before bed and whole new day.
Enter your highest timeline
If you didnβt know, there is actually many different versions of yourself existing right now. One of them is living in your highest timeline and you can absolutely have that as your reality.
I recently did a 21 day experience with one of my mentors, Amanda Frances. In this experience for 21 days she either gave us an audio with wisdom and homework, or some journal prompts that we could work on every day.
One of my biggest take aways was what she had us do before we fall asleep each night. This was to say out loud, or repeat in our minds βI am now living in my highest timelineβ
Just the feeling alone of this sentence before i fall asleep, melts away any stress. Try it tonight!
The closing shift
About an hour before bedtime, i like to do a βclosing shiftβ in the rest of my house. When we wake up and our home is a mess, it can shift us out of alignment pretty quickly.
When we wake up knowing that our home is somewhat in order, the energy will flow for the rest of the day.
This includes:
Loading the dishwasher and turning it on to clean while i sleep.
Wiping down the stove - very important for abundant Chi
Making sure my coffee set up is ready for the morning - clean the coffee machine, set out my mug.
Fold blankets on the couch and make sure toys and stuff are put away.
Putting out the products in my bathroom, that i need the next morning to make getting ready a breeze.
In your home your list may look a little different but you know what your home needs at the end of each day.
Stop sleeping with negative energy
Around two hours before bed, i put away my laptop and phone. Social media can be filled with so many negative emotions and keeping off of it for a few hours before bed can really help your nervous system relax.
I also stay away from my laptop so that i am not consumed with work stuff before bed. This has really helped me feel like i am taking a real break.
You need to be protecting your night time energy.
It doesnβt have to be two hours before bed, but i do recommend putting devices away at least one hour before.
You can replace your phone with:
The book that you have been meaning to finish
Meditation or visualizing your dream life - i like to look at my vision board or adjust it
Creating something - I have been making jewelry in the evenings!
Making a calming sleepy tea - chamomile and lavender is perfect!
Beautify your night stands
So, in Feng Shui balance is so important. Having two night stands represents balance in love and relationships. What we keep on our nightstands is also very important for sleep and relaxation.
I actually like to make my night stand a mini manifestation altar!
Things to add:

Sleep is essential for beauty
When we get real sleep, it helps heal your body. Real sleep will help to reduce inflammation, lower cortisol levels, help balance hormones, give you clearer skin, and give you more energy.
It really is essential for us to help us look and feel our best.
Try every night to go to bed at the same time everyday, and wake up around the same time every morning.
Bonus: Is Your Bed Facing the Right Direction?
In Feng Shui, the direction your head points while sleeping is believed to influence the quality of energy you receive throughout the night.
While a clutter-free bedroom and a supportive bed position are more important than direction alone, many people enjoy aligning their sleep direction with their personal Feng Shui element.
First you will need to figure out which element you are:
Element Best directions Supports
Wood East, Southeast Growth, creativity, new beginnings
Fire South Confidence, passion, visibility
Earth Southwest, Northeast Stability, nurturing, abundance
Metal West, Northwest Clarity, focus, organization
Water North Intuition, wisdom, flow
