It is not just about how you look but, how you feel. When you feel good, you radiate with positive energy. When you radiate with positive energy, you become magnetic to your manifestations. Facts!

A girls vanity is a special place and a according to Feng Shui, it should be energized, organized, clean and, feminine.

Our beauty rituals help us to align our energy. The steps we take to put on our make up, spray ourselves with perfume and put on our jewelry are an important part of who we are and who we want to be in this world.

Did you know your vanity holds energy?

What does your vanity look like? What energy does it have? Is it messy and cluttered or is it well stocked and organized? Take note of how it looks and feels.

Is your vanity in good condition? One of the number one money leaks in Feng Shui is when we hold onto furniture that is in bad condition.

Do you have a plan to replace your vanity but can’t seem to find the money? Check your money corner for money blocks.

If you have a mirror on you vanity, make sure that you clean it regularly. Dirty glass clouds your reflection and your energy.

Be mindful of what the mirror is facing. In Feng Shui, any mirror in you have in your home should face something pleasant. A pretty picture you love or, your money corner to double your abundance. Avoid facing clutter and garbage cans.

Place affirmations or beauty mantras on post it notes on your mirror. Repeat them daily as you get ready.

Activate the 5 elements.

When we decorate our vanity using the 5 elements (water, fire, earth, wood and metal) we bring the space into harmony. Here are some examples;

Wood: Fresh flowers, plants, a wooden tray.

Fire: Candles or bold colors like red.

Earth: Beige tones, clay make up brush holders.

Metal: Gold accessories, make up brushes with metal accents.

Water: Essential oil diffuser, perfume bottles.

Declutter your Vanity.

Throw out items that are half used that you know you won't use again. Remove expired products.

Release make up and products that no longer align with the person you want to become.

Take everything off and give your vanity a wipe down to release any stagnant energy.

Something I love to do is set the mood before I get ready.

I love to light a candle before I start my beauty routines and play some music.

Something upbeat if you are getting ready for a fun night out or, any music that fits the energy of what you are doing. Music carries frequencies!

Creating routines in how you apply your make up and how you you remove it is important for connecting to your feminine energy.

Do everything with intention!

Vanity Chi check list:

• Add a small crystal like rose quartz or amethyst.

• Display your jewelry in beautiful dishes.

• Replace any burnt out bulbs.

• Scary the area with a soft scent like rose water.

• Use only high vibe products.

Your vanity is closely connected to your self worth and value. How you get yourself ready tells a lot about how you feel about yourself and how you think you deserve to be treated by others.
