Your Ultimate guide!

If you are in your 30’s, this article is for you.

I personally, always thought my 20’s were the peak of my life. It was when i was the skinniest, i could stay up all night and could still work an 8 hour shift, and i didn’t have to have a 10 step skincare routine yet, my skin was flawless.

But looking back at it, it was when i felt the most insecure, i cared way too much about what other people thought, and i didn’t love myself, not even a little bit.

Self love is key

Self love is key 〰️

My 30’s has definitely been my glow up era and not just in the skin care and fitness way, but in a way that i have raised my confidence and i can truly say that i love myself for all that i am.

Grab your favorite drink, a rose quartz crystal and let me walk you through my ultimate guide to glowing up in your 30’s.

Redefine beauty from the inside out

  • Upgrade your skincare. By your 30’s you should have found products and brands that work for your skin and lifestyle. If you haven’t, these are the years to invest in good quality products with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, Vitamin C, and retinol. Try not to fall for current skincare trends unless they actually work for your skin type.

  • Glow foods. Fill your plate with antioxidant rich berries, leafy greens, proteins, and omega 3 fats. Drink plenty of water and ditch fad diets. Instead, eat nourishing foods and stick with foods that you know work for your body. I will add also, that eating a protein rich breakfast changed the way i live. It has given me more energy throughout my day. I also don’t drink caffeine unless i have eaten first. This has done wonders for my anxiety and cortisol levels. Also, if you struggle eating greens, opt for a green juice and drink one glass a day.

  • Supplements. Collagen, probiotics and magnesium are game changers for energy, gut health, and glowing skin. I also am religious about taking my Primal Queen supplements as they have helped me with my anemia.

Master your money glow

Your 30’s are where financial habits solidify. Nothing quite makes you glow more than peace of mind and financial security.

  • Organize your finances. Know what your outgoing expenses are and when they need to be paid, have a money date each week to see where you are spending and where you can cut back, and open a high interest savings account.

  • Invest in your future. Retirement accounts, stocks, and even courses that grow your income. I have spent a large part of my 30’s learning how money works and how i can make it work for me.

  • Use Feng Shui. Activate your money corner with a plant, crystal, or gold accents.

One thing that has been a game changer for me is making a wealth bowl. Choose a bowl made of glass, for flow, or wood, for stability, and fill it with money crystals (like pyrite and citrine), coins, shells (for earth and water element) and hand written affirmations. Place it in your wealth corner or front entrance. Clean it regularly and shake up the contents to attract new money and opportunities.

Build your signature style

Forget chasing every trend - instead, curate a wardrobe that makes you feel happy.

  • Find your power colors. By your 30’s you probably have a good idea about what colors look best on you. Use these and experiment with others when you shop for clothes.

  • Upgrade your basics. Tailored jeans, your workout clothes, pajamas, and even your underwear should all be in great condition and make you feel put together even if you are just staying home.

  • Declutter your closet. You should always be removing items from your closet that are ripped and stained, too small, and items that you have only worn once and that will never wear again. Let go of anything that doesn’t represent your future self and who you want to become.

Give your home a glow up

Your environment shapes your energy and is either supporting you or dragging you down.

  • Declutter with intention. Donate what you don’t need anymore.

  • Add soft, feminine energy. Fresh flowers, cozy textures, and calming scents.

  • Feng Shui magic. Keep your bedroom serene, your desk organized, and your front entry open to opportunity.

Prioritize health and movement

  • Balanced workouts. Focus on strength training, yoga, and daily walks.

  • Cycle syncing. Align your workouts and self care with your menstrual phases for better energy.

  • Rest and recovery. Sleep is the ultimate anti aging tool, treat it like a luxury ritual.

Cultivate magnetic energy

Glow ups are as much about presence as appearance.

  • Confidence rituals. Daily affirmations, mirror work, and journaling.

  • Romanticize your routines. Make your morning coffee, skincare, or evening wind downs feel like rituals and not chores.

  • Protect your energy. Boundaries in your 30’s will be your best friend. Only say yes to what lights you up. Be mindful of who you are spending time with. If someone drains your energy, maybe spend less time with them.

Invest in your dreams

The most powerful glow up comes from pursuing the life you have always wanted.

  • Start the business, launch the blog, write the book.

  • Take classes and courses, never stop learning and growing.

  • Create a vision board for your 30’s and edit it as your desires change and evolve.

Your 30’s may be a time when you are raising children and looking after other people, it is also such a perfect time to keep learning and investing in yourself.

The self love factor

No glow up is complete without self love. The ultimate tip for your 30’s. It is less about seeking validation from others and more about deeply nurturing the relationship you have with yourself.

  • Celebrate the body you have now. Instead of criticizing or mourning a past version of your body, thank it daily for all it has carried you through. Notice all of the things you love about it.

  • Speak kindly to yourself. Replace self criticism with affirmations. When you are about to say something mean about yourself, even as a joke, change it immediately.

  • Solo dates. This is great whether you are single or in a relationship. Take yourself on dates and treat yourself like a queen. This sets the tone for how others treat you.

  • Create rituals of care. Luxurious baths, skincare routines, journaling, or even dancing around your living room. These are indulgences, these are necessities.

  • Protect your peace always.

When you radiate self love, it reflects in your energy, your confidence, and even the opportunities that flow into your life.
