Feng Shui energy update: The last half of 2025
Everything you need to know.
As we enter the second half of the year, the energy around us starts to shift.
Summer's fiery momentum gives way to a softer, more refined flow - one that invites us to reset, realign, and root deeper into our homes and into ourselves.
In Feng Shui every season and every month holds a different energy. Moving with this energy is being in sync with the universal energy around us. We are always meant to be growing and moving.
You see, when we try to work against the natural flow and elements of each month, is when we experience things we may not want. If we are in resistance, we can not experience flow and ease.
From July to December 2025, the vibe is less about chasing goals and more about becoming the woman who receives them. If you can get your energy behind that, the rest of the year will be a breeze.
Let’s breakdown what's ahead and how you can align your space with this seasonal flow:
☀️ July: Golden Chi Glow
Element: Fire
Energy: Visibility, expansion, confidence
Focus area: Fame and reputation (back center)
This month is your month to shine. Whether it is being seen more in your work, your creativity, or personal power - July is the month to highlight who you are. This could mean showing up more on social media, or asking for more in your career. It could even mean just asking for recognition.
July sets the foundation for the rest of the year if you ask.
Feng Shui tip: Refresh your fame and reputation area. Add something bold in colors like red, or gold, or even a framed quote that motivates you.
This is also a great time of the year to look at your visionboard, or set of goals you made in January to see what still aligns and what you have achieved. Give your visionboard an update, print it and place it in the back center of your home.
🔥 August: Organize to Magnetize
Element: Earth
Energy: Stability, support, nourishment
Focus area: Center (Health)
As back to school and late summer slow things down, it’s time to simplify. The energy is August wants you to create calm so you can call in more abundance with less effort.
Feng Shui tip: Clear off counters, clean and organize areas that items pile up, and give some attention to the center of your home. Add earthy tones like yellow and cream, or grounding crystals like quartz and tiger’s eye. It is important that the center of the home is always clean and clear. This represents the health of your family. Imagine it is the heart and anything that flows to it (like hallways and rooms) are arteries. If the energy to the center of the home is clogged, health issues may be frequent in your home.
🍂 September: Reset and Reclaim
Element: Metal
Energy: Clarity, boundaries, fresh starts
Focus area: Helpful people and travel (Front right)
This is an ultimate clean state month. It is also a powerful time to call in the right support - mentors, friends, team members, home help, or divine guidance.
Feng Shui tip: Declutter your entry way and the front right area of your home. Add a globe, a photo of you or your family in your favorite place or country, or silver accents. Write a list of all the help you would love to receive. For example: a house cleaner, tutors for your children, a group of supporting friends. Write down how they add value to your life. Place that list here.
When our helpful people and travel area is unbalanced, we experience things like canceled appointments from repair people or travel delays and problems while traveling. This area is often overlooked but is extremely important!
🍁 October: Abundance Activation
Element: Water and Metal
Energy: Receiving, planning, deepe purpose
Focus area: Career (front center)
October calls in feminine flow. The months are becoming more yin, more feminine. Let your home reflect that.
Feng Shui tip: In your career area, add black or navy accents, a mirror, or an image of flowing water. Organize your laptop or computer too. Delete things no longer needed and free up some space. Get clear on career goals. If you are a stay at home parent, what would be wonderful to experience through the work of your partner. Maybe a pay raise, or more time together?
💨November: Quiet Power
Element: Water
Energy: Inner wisdom, reset, reflection
Focus area: Knowledge and self cultivation (front left)
This month, you are guided to turn inward. Take some time to journal, read, and connect to your inner truth. Wisdom is wealth this month.
Feng Shui tip: Create a cozy spot in your home to journal, read, and meditate. Ideally, this should be in the front left of your home, the knowledge and self cultivation area, but this could also be in the front left of any room.
🎁 December: Sacred Closure
Element: Earth and Water
Energy: Gratitude, integration, rest
Focus area: Family (middle left)
End the year but grounding yourself with what really matters. Reflect on the year, celebrate, and tie up any energetic loose ends.
Feng Shui tip: In your family area, display photos of loved ones, add textures like wood or cotton, and display heritage pieces from family members.
This is also a great month to write gratitude lists. Choose either the morning or evening to journal piut 3 things your are grateful for and we’re grateful for this year.
Prioritize rest in December. Eat with the foods in season and choose warmth over cold food and drinks.
Ancient Chinese wisdom: In every season it is important to eat the foods that are in season. This helps with the overall health of the body and to keep your inner Chi in flow and balance. For example: when we eat ice cream in December, we throw off the balance in our body and create health problems. There is a reason why only certain foods are in season at certain times of the year. Embrace that and you will never have to diet again!
